Operational notes

  1. Create an event series after logging in with Telegram.
  2. Create an event inside the series and configure its queue type and capacity.
  3. Use the Python bot service to post the event queue into Telegram and process invites.
  4. Open the event operations page on-site and leave it running so it can poll, cache queue codes, and acknowledge inviting entries.
  5. Scan QR payloads or manually admit attendees when needed.
